Have Alma jamun methi karela lauki touri parwal tinda in your diet. Avoid heavy oily junk maida food drink lukewarm water boiled with few seeds of jeera n methi. Use barley (juan) flour for chapati. Do yoga pranayam n morning walk 2-3 kms. Walk at least 1000 steps after every meal. Lifestyle modification will help you alot.
