My son who is now 13 years and 8 months old is suffering from crohn from age 10. It all started suddenly with onset of fever and last three years he is in. Imuran 75 mg Pentasa 2 g sachet and other multivitamins. Two days back we did colonoscopy and Dr. feels he needs to. Movevto biological drugs as he still finds inflammation. Already three colonoscopy and one capsule endoscopy done. Small intestine is spared only colon. Affected.He is able to go school eat well but has intermittent stomach pain and three bowel moments. Blood level is 11.7 haemoglobin and overall ok. So we are worried and looking for guaranteed alternative therapy. His growth spurt not started and also weight not too much only 32 kg. 147 height so any guaranteed cure available? Worried parent.
