I am having brownish stool as if it's blood in the stool and mucus. 4 days back I went to gym after a long time and the trainer made me do more than I should have. I started having very high muscle soreness the very next day and it became worse day after that. Then suddenly I started having loose motion 2 days ago and I then yesterday I took the medicine "Nor-Tz" and "Drotipen-M" 2 tablets each. 2 in the afternoon and other at 2 at night. From last night the loose motion is very much controlled but I am having a constant pain in my lower abdomen and I think I had blood in my stool. It was like mucus mixed with blood. Please help. What do I need to do? Is it serious?
