Dear, The best way to treat Gynecomastia is surgery. This can be done on a Daycare basis. You will need to wear compression garment for 6 weeks, after 3 days of the procedure. You will need to avoid heavy weight lifting also (6 weeks post op). We use VASER technology for removing of the extra fat from the chest area. Regards,
