I am suffering from anal fissure from last 5 days. I happen to me before 6 months also. I took medicine and every thing was ok .now from last 5 days bowel movement is again pain ful .today I saw small amount of blood also when I was applying smuth cream. Kindly suggest medicine to heal the fissure.
