I am 36 years old off late I am feeling tired very much every day. And I approached a doctor and I was asked to go for fasting blood sugar test and as per reports my sugar level is 162 on fasting and 233 post lunch. Hence I request you to suggest me how to control my sugar levels.

Start daily exercise for 30 to 45 minutes. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals rather than large portion with prolonged fasting. Avoid bakery products and juices. Start medicines to control diabetes under medical supervision. Also go for following tests hba1c kidney function test lipid profile and urine albumin creatinine ratio.
