If anal fissure recur then surgeon give advice for surgery. But when I ask surgeon that after surgery if my stool becomes hard then anal fissure may recur, the surgeon doctors tell anal fissure may recur. So my question is when fissure recur surgery is done but after surgery fissure may recur again. So what is the necessity of surgery when fissure recurrence going on still after surgery? This anal fissure has no permanent cure?
