Dear Ma'am! The amount of information you have provided is suggestive of Tinea cruris. If you have widespread infection, I would suggest that you use both oral and topical medication. You may take the below mentioned treatment: 1. Capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily after meals 2. Lulifin cream (apply in the affected area twice daily) 3. Tab LCZ 5 mg daily at bed time. Please take the entire treatment for 2 weeks. Besides, it is advisable that you please take the below mentioned general precautions as well- 1. Wear loose cotton clothes 2. Avoid wearing jeans 3. Do not wear damp clothes 4. Wipe your body completely dry before wearing clothes. Thank you!
