Hi Doctor, my symptoms include, faint pain on the lower left abdomen, feeling sick and weakness (especially at legs, feeling like vomiting but won't vomit, upset stomach, stool is soft and fluid not diarrhea, no black stool, no blood in stool, upset but every symptoms subsides after taking antacid.
