Sir I am feeling burning sensation in urine and find difficult to pass it and it is dark yellow in colour and I also getting urge to urine I think it is uti that I encounter again .plz prescribe me some immediate medicine to get rid of it.

You are dehydrated and your concentrated urine may promote urinary infection. So start drinking more water to keep the urine dilute. Get a Urine analysis done to confirm an infection and accordingly a culture test if necessary as per the report. For now you can start drinking a Syrup Cital 15 ml diluted in a glass of water after meals, twice a day till the burning senation stops and the reports arrive.
