My niece is 1 month 15 days old. As she is having cold so I was putting nasoclear saline nasal spray in her nose but by mistake it went in her eyes. Is there any problem in that? As I am very worried. Please tell me whether it is okay or not?

Hi It's ok if a small amount goes to eye, if the saline drop is not contaminated, if it is contaminated it poses risk of infection. Thanks.

No, it's not a problem at all. Don't worry. And you need not treat so called cold at all, if child is taking breast feeds well, putting on weight and is active.
