I am a 42 years old diabetic patient last 9 years and also I am grade I liver patient l.My latest pp is 158 mg/dl but SGPT is 61 and it is always remains high and my diet also controlled but it is always remains between (50 to 86) mg/dl. Please tell me how to lower my SGPT?
