Hello main 25 saal ki hu, mere last 3 month se left side head main frontal part main dull and throbbing pain hota h kabhi kabhi pressure bhi feel hota h eyes or nose per ,kabhi sara left head pain krta h ,vomiting jaisa feeling hota h last 5-6 days se .sir ghum rha h aise bhi feel hota h please help me.
