I am 45 days pregnant now. This is my second pregnancy. Yesterday had ultrasound scan. The sonography found the gestational sac and yolk sac but not the fetal pole. I am going to have another follow up scan in the next week. Is this normal? Last time I had a miscarriage about four months ago. Please give me some of your opinions.
