For b12 deficiency you can take- 1. Milk and milk products like paneer, curd, cheese eggs, other animal based food 2. Nuts - almonds, walnuts, cashew, pistachios 3 green leafy vegetable for iron deficiency you can take beet roots, dark leafy vegetables, raisins, dried apricots, wheat grass, anar, meat fish, poultry eating these with good source of vitamin C will be more beneficial. For Vitamin D - you can have supplement in form of powder or tablet Include these things in healthy balanced diet adopt healthy life style stay active manage stress.
