Hi, Short term memory loss in a male of 19 years is mainly due to poor attention, ill sustained concentration / anxiety. I suggest you to relax. Do not take too much of load on yourself, try to do things one by one and not too many things at a time, note down important things for easy recall, set alarms/reminders in mobile phone for important events, repeat you lesson again and again. For studying try to imagine and recall your learning after closing your book and see book immediately in case of doubt; this will further deepen you memory. You may use some clues for easy recall. Also take healthy nutritious diet with lot of fresh fruits, salads, sprouts etc, have regular exercise in fresh air, have enough time for recreation, rest and sleep. I think you be benefited.
