Intake luke warm water in the morning and evening just like tea, if possible you can mix ginger extract with it. Lemon smell also help to clear your nasal area. Eat onion with launch or dinner.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, You can take a tablet containing Paracetamol+ Levocetirizine. But most important thing is physical rest, plenty of fluids and steam inhalation. Thanks.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Do steam inhalation twice a day - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids.
