I am having chronic neck pain last one year. First it was on right side and now I getting it on both side. The pain is radiating into my arms and hands. Sometimes getting headache. I am also doing physiotherapy last 10 month but no improvement and also took so many pain killers. I done x ray but the result was good. Just few month back I done cervical x ray saying that" diffuse bulge with an assymetric right lateral protrusion and an annulus tear from the C5-C6 disc causing mild focal indentation of the anterior sub arachnoid space" please doctor suggest me something on this. Also I do not know what exact problem I am suffering from. The pain is chronic and neck is very much stiff. Tried everything. Hot fomentation, pain killers, physiotherapy but no improvement. Help Mr. out. Please.
