hi gaurav. see you are suffering from acute anal fissure. its not piles. fissure is like a cut or ulcer in the anal mucosa. this condition is usually treatable with medicines but sometime surgery may also be required. avoid oily/spicy food. do regular sitz bath( warm water foamentation ) thrice a day. if constipation is there you can use some laxative. for further queries and medications kindly consult online as i am not supposed to prescribe any medicines in this forum.
