Hello sir, my age is 24, from last one year I am having some problem in urine. My flow of urine has slowed down, and at the end time urine comes with droplets. I am also facing paining erection few times. I am not having morning erection also as it used to be before. I am also not having full erection as it used to be before. I am married and my ejaculation has also changed. It comes as urine comes slowly, without any force.In my left testicles it looks like some gout has occurred but it is not paining. I have also done urine test for infection but report is normal, not showing any kind of infection .before this problems my urine colour was mostly yellowish, but now a days it mostly comes as clear water colour type.
