My dear friend, don't take over counter drugs, that may increase your problem. Take fluconazole tab 200 mg once in three days. Only two tablets. Don't use normal soup. Its better to avoid soup. For itching take tablet levocetrizine before sleep only once a day. Apply cream fluconazole two three times a day. Keep dry that area. Avoid steroids oraly as well as application.
