I am taking laxative Smith l syrup in night and ointments ano metrogyl & dipsalic F.how much time does it take for fissure to cure by ointments and medications?

If you have anal fissure. You should avoid spices and red meat do sitz baths three times a day. Rest of your treatment is OK. Replace ointment by cremagel locally three times. It will take about three weeks to heal. If not surgery is the last resort. Regards.
