Doctor, After my section, I am having a small bulge near my naval and my belly button is outwards not that much but little bit. My surgeon told to do exercises if it is not cured within six months it should be stitched with net because it will be hernia. I was afraid about hernia and not interested to do another surgery to cure hernia. Is there any chances to cure this bulge naturally? Please give me a solution, because its already 3 months went.
