My 3 year old child has type 1 di�bites .is there any cure in homeopathy. She is getting insulin shot at her every meal and her sugar level sometimes high between 200 to 500.

Your daughter unfortunately needs insulin before each meal as she lacks insulin production. I have no idea about homeo. We now have insulin pump which work like a artificial pancreas.
