No don't take crocin always you will get habituated to that instead you take natrum Mur 30. 10 drops in half cup of water for 2 times a day for 3 days.

I think so ur having the acidity problem so you feel headache before taking meals. daily taking crocin tab is not so good. it may cause the problems related to liver also other organs may damage. frequently headache is their then you may do the head ct scan?

Empty stomach cause gases and bloating which is causing headache.
