My all report is an normal but my rubella is 4.54 so I take rubella vaccine so after vaccine can I conceive baby easily without problem.

Rubella is a live vaccine. Previously it was recommended to wait for 3 months after live vaccine before conceiving. But the latest guidelines say one month. Do not conceive before that.

If Rubella IgG is positive it means you DON'T NEED vaccination. However if taken preferable to avoid pregnancy for 3 months.
