I'm having pain in my right testicle, for a month. Nothing came out in USG scrotum &USG KUB. My doctor prescribed me Alfusin 0.4 mg at that time, as he doubts it's may be because of stone or infection. Now I'm out of my city and chemists have only Alfusin 10 mg available. What do I do? Could anyone suggest any substitute for alfusin 0.4 mg .Or should I take Alfusin 10 mg .Please reply.

Hello- Alfusin works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. It is thus used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). You doctor has prescribed you the medication according to his diagnosis of stone. It has nothing to do with testicular pain. Try Ashwagandharistha 2tsp post meals for ten days and revert for further guidance after the response.
