My sister (21 yrs) is suffering from thalassemia minor. She has hypothyroidism and she is a anemic patient. I want to know detail about causes, diagnosis and treatment. And please suggest me a expert physician in my area (calicut)

Hi, As you said your sister thal minor that means you must be knowing it. And you have evaluated yourself too. This can be a cause for anemia but we have to rule nutritional too. For hypothyroidism there are many causes. You have see an endocrinologist for it and hematologist for that.
