Sir, I am using medicine paroxetine and imipramine from 3 years, these response is very good but I stop to take medicine then suffering from depression and vomiting disorder. Sir please suggest me that I will take medicine till date or year. Any additional medicine provided by you to take simultaneously to secure response. Thank you.

It is good that you are experiencing improvement with treatment. The duration of treatment depends on the diagnosis and duration of the symptoms. There is no need for additional Medicine if you have good improvement. You should not attempt to discontinue Medicine by yourself. A Psychiatrist will guide you about the time and manner of discontinuing the Medicine. As you are experiencing symptoms again after discontinuing, you may probably require medicines to be continued for several years.
