Hello only piles Dont give much pain. She might be having anal fissure too. Give her lots of fruits and veggies. Plus plenty of fluids. Give tab dobirut once twice a day for 10 days do sitz baths with warm saline water thrice a day. Apply anorelief cream thrice a day. Do this treatment for 2 weeks. Hi this is not piles. This is called as acute fissure in Ano I would say avoid constipation. Take lots of green leafy vegetables. And sit in warm water three times a day. Contact me again after fifteen days.
