I am a 24 year old guy just got my blood test report which states that I have deficiency of iron and vitamin b12 and lipase level is high which oftenly causes bowel syndrome and it is also suggesting thyronormalcy treatment. Please advise me regarding this matter. I am vegetarian and I don't smoke and non alcoholic. I am doing regular exercise since last 6 years.

Take a lot of Milk and milk products to increase Vit B12. If you are an egg eater then do include eggs in diet. To increase Haemoglobin, cook saag in iron kadhai. Add Pomegranate and Banana in diet. Also add one citrus fruit in diet to help make iron available to your body.
