How worth is meditation to maintain stability. Im thinking and reading very faster .thought I can store them but not. My mind start drifting one thought to another very quickly. Etc sometimes I even forgetting what shirt wear.

dear Lybrate user meditation definitely have benefits in increasing concentration, better thought process etc. but the effectiveness will come only after mastering it. it is not one time process. you need to have a proper training and trying practising daily. plus your behaviours like forgetfulness, absent mindedness and lack of concentration seemed to be due to many different reasons. first you need to identify the causes or triggering factors leading to these. too much of stress or work load can be one of the causes. Discuss these issues with a counselor for elaborative solutions. best wishes
