Two days back, I have done laparoscopic Surgery and removed my gall bladder due to stones. I would really appreciate what kind of food I must eat and the food to avoid. Is there any supplement or Enzymes to maintain a healthy life after gall bladder removed? Kindly advice. Thank you.

Hello a bit of malabsorbtion after gall bladder removal is normal for few months. It's still two days take bland diet. Avoid fatty n spicy foods for few weeks. After that you can take all that others can take. Just avoid excess oils and fats. Plus some enzyme like digestomin can be taken to aid digestion but not necessary. In a few months your body will adapt to be without gallbladder. Regards.
