My EGFR IS 83 now. In may it was 88. Where should I follow up? I prefer Ayurvedic medicine.

As you mentioned in May the EGFR was 88 and now 83, so it should be above 90 for normal function of Kidneys We need to know your previous medical history about Hypertension, Diabetes before judging about what medication to be given and also you need to undergo some more Investigations like Renal profile etc. For diagnosing your problem.
