Can I drink beer or smoke after taking kutub x 30. If I do what should be its effect on erection.

Dear lybrate-user, Kutub x 30 may contain two drugs. Sildenafil (50 mg); Dapoxetine (30 mg). Please check with the leaflet attached to the tablets. Sildenafil needs a good cardiac function. Smoking and beer may disturb heart functioning normally. So, check with your cardiologist and use Sildenafil. It will have no effect on erection, if combined. Good erection will come. Conditions apply. Dapoxetine has no effect on erection either separately or combined. I will advice you not to use two drugs together. Use only Sildenafil, if you want erection after consulting cardiologist.
