Stop using tenovate before it causes serious side effects on the skin. Youy be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. Presently you are using medicines for UTI, so continue to use the same. Was it started after getting the urine culture test? If so let me know the report with the sensitivity priority. Presently take plenty of water i.e. 3 - 3.5 litres in a day and plenty of coconut water. Regarding the patch and the itching for the time being do not use any ointments as they may be causing the urinary infection.
