My age is 25. Height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 82 kg. Unmarried.from 2 year I was feeling light abdominal pain .from 1 week I was having dark black colour stool. Stool was completely dark every time. So I go for endoscopy. It shows fundus erosion and impression was fungal gastritis. biopsy shows RUT (positive. Doctor gave me pantocid HP kit, gastroguard and sucramal. I am taking it from a week. My stool colour is still black and from 3 days I am having blood in my sputum .first day blood was less but it came 3 time in sputum and next day blood was equal to sputum and now it is third day. Still very small blood. Doctor did my chest xray yesterday, it came normal. Then I asked him reason for blood in sputum. He said it may be due to stomach infection. So my question is that should I go for sputum culture or sputum AFB stain?
