Can l take seven seas cod liver oil capsules which are rich source of vitamin D if l am suffering from allergic rhinitis for long. As have heard that vitamin D improves immunity and resistance to disease.

Yes it's true that vitamin D has been found to help in immunity and quite helpful in nasal conditions. But these help only when there is a deficiency, the overdose of vitamin D is harmful. Do not take it without a simple test to determine the level of vitamin D in your body. The sunlight is also a very good natural medium for Vitamin D and not harmful if you take sunbath for around 10 minutes daily in the morning or evening.
