I am a arthritis patient and I am regularly taking 3/4 th cup of drumstick leaves boiled in water in the morning. Is this useful? Has anyone quantified tangible benefits? Thanx in advance!

It all depends on type of arthritis. I am assuming you have osteoarthritis, that is wear and tear arthritis. In that case probably exercise, physiotherapy is best way to control things. Rest everything including allopathy, ayurvedic, homeoapathy etc all are gimmicks rather than any thing conclusive. Yes all will ahve some sort of pain relief benefits, but nothing will prevent progression. Exercise might keep you fit and prevent debilitation in the long run. If it's another type of arthritis, than its a different story altogether Best wishes
