I take pyzina 750 after breakfast for tb treatment and rcinex in empty stomach for 20 days then I take both the medicine in empty stomach .will it be cause drug resistant?

Taking 3 drugs only? Not on ethambutol? Taking all the drugs together has better efficacy than as individual. Take all of them empty stomach.
