I have piles due to constipation and after frequently bleeding for two days now I have feel pain. Please advice me a medicine for it?

Hello it seems you now have anal fissure superimposed in piles. That's y pain. Avoid red meat take plenty of fluids n fruits n veggies. Do sitz baths with warm saline water three times a day. Apply diltiact 2 % cream thrice a day. Take tablet osil plus two times a day. Take softovac granules 2 tsf with a glass of warm milk bedtime. Do this treatment for 1 week.
