Hello sir, Mai alcohol ka sewan jyada karta tha jab Mai alcohol leta hoon to maltyag sahi hota hai aur nahi leta hoon to mujhe kabj ki shikayat rahti hai ,hamesha ,Mai kai churn ka prayog bhi kar Liya hoon (Divya churn ,trifala churn etc.) but mujhe kabj ki shikayat Bani rahti hai, aur yadi maltyag hota bhi hai to apekshakrit Kam hota hai ,maltyag normal hi hota hai kada nahi hota hai ,aur yadi Mai Mai maltyag ke liye jor lagata hoon to mere pet ke nichale hisse me Dard hone lagta hai ,sir please bataiye Mai kya karoon ,koi check up karva please sir bataiye.
