I'm losing weight quickly and having chest pain and right arm pain and pain behind right ear and hurts more when I swallow. Also got bumps on armpits that are very painful and bust with green stuff coming out. Have a history of endocarditis and a bone infection on my ribs and a weak immune system. Should I go to er or try to schedule a doctor's visit.
