I am 31 years male, I have sinusitis problem. I daily get head ache. It increased a lot now a days. I can't bear pain. And top of that I have got neck pain. It's not reducing. And stiffness in neck can't turn my head .what should I do? Do I have cancer?

Sir, don?t worry, so far history you gave, I don?t think, you need to worry about cancer and all, sinusitis is an inflammatory diseases of paranasal sinuses usually caused by allergy, can be controlled by medications but as you said it?s worsening, I would suggest you to get an CT PNS done, depending on the report we can plan the treatment, the neck pain is not related to sinusitis, take some muscle relaxant and correct your posture.
