Hello Lybrate user, Schizophrenia is a complex mental health disorder with various types of symptoms. Hearing of voices, fearfulness, anger, irritable mood, reduced interest, concentration impairment, lack of focus etc are different symptoms. Hence please discuss your symptoms with your Psychiatrist, these may be part of schizophrenia disorder, or other factors like depression, medication side effects, other medical or neurological factors etc. Hence a comprehensive assessment will throw more light on the cause of the index symptom.
