Im having psoriasis in both my hand fingers, how do I get rid of it for good. I had consulted doctors but the medication does not give a complete cure. What are some of the food and lifestyle changes that I need to do to get rid of psoriasis.

Hi, the symptoms of psoriasis can be reduced by making some diet changes. Avoid gluten containing foods (wheat, barley and rye) as they might enhance the symptoms of the condition. Milk products, red meat, citrus fruits, tomato, potato, peppers (bell pepper, paprika, tomatillo, cayenne), egg plant, Refined carbohydrates, alcohol, fried and junk foods have to be avoided. Intake of spices like ginger, garlic, turmeric etc. Helps to fight inflammation. Fish should be considered as it provides source of omega-3 fatty acids. Plenty intake of water along with exercise will improve your condition.
