Hello lybrate-user Tinnitus can occur due to various reasons and hearing loss may be one. If tinnitus is troubling your social life it?s best to start tinnitus retraining therapy along with the medicines. If you still feel discomfortable you can go for a hearing aid with tinnitus masker. Thanks!

If you have Tinnitus along with Hearing Loss, Hearing Aids are the only option which will help in both the problems. In most of the cases Tinnitus can be managed but can?t be cured and also no medicine and surgery will work for both the problems.
