Hello, Your follicular study shows that you have a dominant follicle of 19 mm in the right ovary. This follicle will rupture and you will ovulate when it ia around 20 - 22 mm. The other follicles in the left ovary are small follicles which will not grow any further and will not ovulate. These are not due to PCOS but normally growing follicles. It is notmal to have a number of small follicle and one or two dominant follicles. Your follicular study is normal and you have no cause for concern.
