1. In arthritis type of exercise you do will suggest the final outcome. I think if you are talking about knee osteoarthritis then Quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises will help with avoiding to squat or sit cross legged. 2. Arthritis once developed cannot be reversed it can only be prevented to get worse over a period of time with exercises as mentioned above 3. Depending upon which arthritis, if it's rheumatoid arthritis then you start your medication and be always in contact with your rheumatoid specialist and follow his instructions as there may be periods of waxing and waning in this disease.
