I have a pain in upper abdomen and my liver is fatty In my sonography report was mention a fatty liver. Pease advise me.

HI Mr. lybrate-user I am sorry to hear about your illness I feel your fatty liver is because of your overweight which may be causing your pain. Please lose at least 20 kilo weight. Please start walking or do some aerobic exercises like swimming cycling skipping etc. Please avoid sugars and stuff with high carbohydrate diet, cool drinks sodas and soft drinks, sweets and chocolates. Avoid all kinds of packed and junk food. Please go for more protein based diet. Last but not the least if you drink cut down your alcohol consumption (if any) good luck and get well soon.
